OKLO RESOURCES LIMITED

Oklo Resouces Limited (“Oklo”) is based in Perth Western Australia and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: OKU).

The company commenced in 2007 as a uranium explorer, principally in Mali.

Whilst maintaining its uranium interests, the company has since moved into gold and phosphate exploration in Mali.

Firstly via the Samit Phosphate Project (formerly the ‘Tatteul Phosphate Project’) and secondly through the acquisition of two advanced gold projects located in West Mali.

Oklo’s primary focus is on developing its Mali gold and phosphate projects simultaneously in the near term.

The company has established excellent relationships in Mali including having access to the technical expertise necessary to explore and develop its projects.

The Samit Phosphate Project is located in East Mali near the town of Gao and close to the Niger River.

Oklo intends to develop the Samit Project into a revenue-producing activity in the short to medium term by the production of rock phosphate, considered an organic fertiliser. Oklo holds an exploration and mining lease over a large tenement area. The phosphate beds are outcropping or shallow over much of the ground holding. The exploration work carried out to date indicates the potential for large phosphate tonnages at attractive grades.

Oklo’s two gold projects are located near to established infrastructure and close to existing mines. They are near to the Mali/Senegal/Mauretania borders and north of the regional gold mining centre of Kayes. The two leases cover important greenstone belt geology and are in the same mineralised corridor that hosts such famous mines as Sadiola (14m oz. ), Loulo (11m oz.) and Yatela (2.5m oz.).
