Board & Management

The board and management of Oklo represents a blend of technical and financial management skills. Oklo has well over 100 years combined experience pertinent to mineral exploration and public company management, with a track record of exploration discovery and company success. Though comprising only four key personnel.

Executive Chairman: Peter Meagher B.Econ., B. Com., CPA

Peter Meagher is an accountant with more than 30 years experience in corporate finance, investment, the securities industry and the management of public and private companies. He is currently Chairman of Extract Resources Limited (ASX) and Coronet Resources Limited. He has previously been a director of a number of public mining and energy exploration companies.

Managing Director: Ross Brown BSc (hons) MAusIMM

Ross Brown has 24 years experience as a mineral exploration geologist in arid terrains for uranium, diamonds, gold and base metals. He is a specialist sedimentologist and geomorphologist with particular expertise in the exploration and interpretation of palaeo‐channels. He has discovered several major palaeo‐channels in South Africa and Namibia and has generated a number of successful uranium projects for various ASX listed companies in the past. Mr. Brown has developed a uranium exploration model for Tertiary palaeo‐channel hosted uranium deposits based on his work in Namibia. This model has attracted private financial support, which led to the incorporation of Oklo Uranium Limited.

Non‐executive Director: Neil MacLachlan BSc (hons)

Neil MacLachlan has more than 28 years investment banking experience gained in Europe, South East Asia and Australia, including 16 years with the investment banking division of HSBC including positions as Deputy Chairman/CEO for Wardley Australia Ltd (now HSBC Bank Australia Ltd), and as head of investment banking at James Capel & Co Ltd. He also has extensive mining experience, including as Executive Vice President, Asia for Barrick Gold Corporation, with responsibility for identifying and negotiating new acquisitions in Asia.

He has recently retired from the board of Ambrian Partners Ltd where he was executive for corporate finance. Ambrian is a full service London based investment bank/broker focused on the natural resources sector. He is a non‐executive director for a number of ASX/AIM listed junior mining and energy related companies based in Australia and the UK including Eurogold Limited, Samson Oil & Gas Limited, Extract Resources Limited and recently, Kalahari Minerals Plc.
